Fantastic people and business!! I bought my new car from Jarred at Wayville Isuzu UTE (Adelaide Motors)! This is a fantastic business that's been around for a while and their quality of service is amazing. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. The entire team (Stacey, Helen, Jarred and Klinton) of Wayville Isuzu UTE (Adelaide Motors) is beyond helpful and so thorough with helping me buy my car. From the very beginning, they were extremely polite and well-versed in giving me good knowledge about the car I was looking to buy. They were very patient with me and had my best interest. They convinced me with their mannerism, product knowledge and impeccable customer service. I felt extremely comfortable with this dealership and was able to approach them. They were also very swift with getting back to me with precise information and were very articulate with what I needed to do prior to and after buying my car. I have been very impressed with their service and providing me the necessary information regarding my vehicle. They are more than happy to provide a loan vehicle for me if available and their waiting lounge is good place to do work while waiting for your vehicle. They have offer free refreshments as well which is added bonus.

Absolutely abysmal service. Receptionist usually answers phones promptly, however, the ensuing transfer is functionally useless. Just spent 25 minutes on the phone, which included 7+ transfers, 2 of which were to Mitsubishi. When asked to call back, they don't. When they offer to call back, they don't. Have been waiting for a call to advise parts have arrived for a warranty repair. Has been a month so I called them, parts have been sitting there for a month. Have been waiting for another part that was damaged pre-delivery. Following recent phone call, I've discovered the part was never ordered. Emailing is no better, they do not reply to those either. Do yourself a favour, and purchase/service your vehicle elsewhere.
