Erica was so great to deal with, and it was because of Erica alone that I decided to purchase my car from this dealer. She was so easy to talk to, very personable and friendly. We were there for a long time negotiating, and Erica was patient, and let us take a decent test drive. When I picked up the car, Erica seemed genuinely Happy for me. Thanks again Erica!

We paid a deposit on a car for my wife. We only did this as they promised the car would be with us in around 12 weeks. Very little information from them so we kept calling, eventually they say the car wasn't even built. So they lied & now refuse to refund our $1000 deposit. We went to a local dealer,the car we want will be with us next week. No lies just honesty,Wayne Phillis is just dishonest & I'd recommend you go anywhere else if you'd actually like to get your vehicle before you retire or die of boredom waiting to hear from them. Further to the above review I am pleased to say that I was contacted by Mathew,the general manager. He listened to my concerns & we came to a financial agreement that I was happy with. Thank you for responding so quickly to my concerns.

It’s a nifty white SUV that’s economical and has a lot of features and has an engine with decent torque. I’m also happy with the deal I got on my trade-in. I popped into their yard at Reynella on a whim on the way home from the shops. So glad I did! I met Todd in the yard and found a car I really liked. Very good service all round. Erica was my main point of contact and I’m very happy. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and a pleasure to talk to.
