Service was more exp...

Service was more expensive than other leading independent mechanics. When told about other issues outside of warranty the "investigations" weren't as thorough as I would have hoped.

The back rest of my...

The back rest of my driver's seat had springs that snapped whilst I was driving (Ford Focus only 4 years old and I am a very light build). Took car to Ford Reynella to be looked at. They stated I needed to pay for the repairs, I replied that I shouldn't as car seats shouldn't just break for no reason being so new and no heavy load stressing it. Long story short, I eventually had them agree to cover the cost of the repairs. However on picking my car up, there were close to 10 staff all crammed behind the desk. I then got my keys and got in my car and proceeded to start driving off when I noticed the steering was extremely heavy. Sure enough when I pulled into a servo to check my tyres, they had taken air out of all four tyres. That could have caused me to have an accident having the steering so out. What great service. Who knows what else they tampered with.....

The service centre at Wayne Phillis Reynella provides great care for my vehicle and in turn gives me great peace of mind. We all know that buying a car is a massive decision..but also deciding where to get a car serviced plays a big part as well. The team at Wayne Phillis Reynella has made this process extremely easy. A comfortable, fully stocked waiting area (with Free WIFI) means I can relax in peace for those quick services...and for when they have needed my car for longer services, I’ve been provided with a loan car to ensure I’m not left stranded without a vehicle. If you do buy a car from the Wayne Phillis Reynella team, do yourself a favour and get it serviced there too. If you didn’t buy your car from them, there’s no issue taking your car there to get serviced either...expertise and great value for money.

I’ve been a customer...

I’ve been a customer of Wayne Phyllis for around 10/11 years. I used to take my car to Christie’s Beach for a service but the guy on the service counter there was a waste of space, he could never communicate properly and I always felt he wasn’t interested in what he was doing or his customers. A couple of years ago I decided to take my car to Wayne Phyllis Reynella instead only to discover the same guy was now working there. The same problems persisted, I would order something (like a new key) he never called to tell me when to collect it. I always got messed about at the service and nothing was ever explained properly. After my last service I was told to pop in after lunch to get a battery fitted, when I took it there I was told I would have to wait 3 hours as I should have been there at 9:30am. I have always enjoyed my Ford cars but I will never buy another one from Wayne Phyliss as I can never face the displeasure of having to go to the service centre and deal with more incompetence.

Spent $970 dollars t...

Spent $970 dollars to replace my grill today on my kia sportage gtline and had told them I wanted to keep old grill so they place it on my back leather seats. Which also made them dirty. I don't put anything on my seats not even a bag, except a persons arss and they think it's fine to put a grill on it which could have potentially ripped my seats.They have no commence or respect for a customer's car what so ever. I had plenty of room in my boot for it to go in. There is no care with staff anymore. They really need to up there care factor, because your putting the message across as we don't give a stuff and that's how your reputation goes down and words travel. So in other words step up your game.
