A couple of weeks ago we were having trouble with the battery in our BT50 2 days in a row it went flat, as the vehicle is still under warranty, and we're traveling in our van, I phoned Mazda Reynella, and a lovely lady by the name of Jen answered I explained our predicament and she said with no hesitation to bring the vehicle in they would need to test it and we can supply a courtesy car for you to explore the area while you wait ,within the hour and a half, the battery definitely needed replacing. Job done with such friendly service Thanks Jen and Megan for your outstanding friendly customer service

He went above and beyond, not only by answering all my queries thoroughly but also by exploring all possible options to ensure I made the best choice. We also had a trade-in and special thanks to Jasen for sorting out financials side of things as well! The entire process was seamless, with absolutely no hassle. Moreover, Michael managed to prepare the vehicle for delivery on very short notice. We absolutely love our new CX-90 and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. * WARNING * Absolutely avoid this dealer! After happily purchasing our past 3 vehicles at this dealership (and always having them serviced here), I have never had anything negative to say. Over the last 18 months or so, all of the well known service staff members (Andy, Ryan and Jennifer) seem to have vanished. They were the smiling faces that would greet you by name, show compassion, service knowledge and above all, would listen to customer needs; true professionals. I have recently returned my vehicle (Mazda CX5 Diesel) for yet another problem, (this vehicle has been in the workshop more times than I can remember). On this occasion, I was met by a young, immature, rude and unprofessional male service advisor that didn't listen to a word I had to say. He was dismissive of my concerns, not interested in providing a reasonable solution and lacked any type of customer service skills. After my vehicle was left sitting out the back of the dealership for 6 days, I finally received a phone call stating the cooling problem had been fixed. I was advised I could come and collect the car. To add insult to the terrible service I had already received, they charged me $220.00 for 5ltrs of FL22 (OEM) coolant. This coolant is available retail for $46.95. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, people. This dealership is sales (profit) driven and does not focus on customer service. My relationship with Reynella Mazda is officially over!

Friendly and professional sales team, fast and knowledgeable finance department and the best Service and Parts team we've dealt with in 26 years in business, never mind the "bigger" dealers - Reynella Mazda have all the bases covered, that's why we keep buying our fleet and family cars there! After multiple phone calls and trips to Reynella Mazda still waiting for new sun visor from Mazda, ordered 19/10/23. Mazda said they could not order until they had a photo. Apparently they don’t know what sun visor or part book is. Other than this debacle have been good to deal with Please refer to photo
