Recently popped into the dealership to book in a service and get a few things sorted for my GLE63, Gordon who I purchased the car from took me to Jo and Myra at the front desk to assist with the booking. A very personalised feeling of service and they were able to give rough quotes/ time frames for the task's needing to be carried out, I really appreciate the above and beyond service from the team.

I was dreaming for my dream car and met Matteo at Mercedes Benz Unley and he build me a GLS which was more superior than what I dreamed. Michael helped me in financing it and it was unbelievably quick. What an awesome services by Mercedes Benz team. Never thought of buying car from anywhere except Unley Mercedes Benz. Brad was a pleasure to deal with when I purchased my new GLA in January. He has a very thorough understanding of the car and was able to explain it all. Nothing was ever a bother. He was at all times polite and kind. A real asset to the Unley dealership and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Walked around the car lot for 20 minutes, not one person came to see us even though they looked at us from the showroom. Went to another dealer and got great service. Went back again to take a second look at a car, same thing happened. In the end had to go inside only to be told we only deal with vans here! Only a few vans yet 20+ cars on the forecourt but no salesperson for cars, they're based over the road! They had to ring someone to come over to us but only because I had to go in and get somebody. How many sales must these guys lose?

Zero customer service at the used yard today, we were there for over 20 minutes, one salesman was with a group of people, not once did he quickly say can I get someone to help you. Inside the office there was at least two salesman that we could see, neither decided to come out to us. By that time we had enough and decided to leave , obviously they weren’t interested in making a sale today. As we were getting into our car to leave, the salesman that was with the other group was walking across the street to the new car showroom quickly said Can I help you with anything. Sorry mate a bit late to be saying that now. When we needed a hand no one wanted to come to us. We ended up with no new car for my wife and they ended up with no sale today 🤷‍♂️
