They are all complete with screened french doors opening onto private tiled and furnished patios that sprawl onto the lawn, the garden, pool area and onto the breakfast terrace. This beautiful homestead is purpose built for guests to enjoy a private homely experience with unbelievably delicious nourishing food and exceptionally good service.
A highlight of your visit to The Manor is the breakfast. Gorgeous fresh produce, created by Roberto,  a passionate, generous cook. We serve an abundance of fresh local fruit, bread, eggs, tomatoes and milk are delivered straight from our friends who are farmers and makers every week.  We are so blessed.
Find yourself wandering in the lush tropical garden past rare plants, archways of exotic vines and trickling water features. An evocative experience in paradise on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Shared lounge & dining room for 12 guests – this is a space for complete relaxation. There’s a cool pool and a warm fireplace, outdoor settings, open verandahs, a firepit in the rainforest, art studio for painting and craft classes and more.
Great big king size beds adorned with quality linen. Rain water showers and organic Akin amenities, robes, pool towels, unlimited complimentary wifi, tea and coffee. Rollaway bed and breakfast for third person is $100. Must request on booking. Beds may be split to twins for a $100 surcharge, again please request or add on in your booking.

At the manor  Roberto prepares the best breakfast with ingredients that are local and fresh, herbs from our garden and eggs from our friends the “Sunshine Sisters”. Many of our guests say it’s the best breakfast they have ever had! Our alfresco terrace is the most enchanting spot to enjoy breakfast, have a cup of chai, a great coffee, fresh fruit and a cooked meal.  Our reviews say a lot, but best experience it for yourself.

This was our destination for 5 days – all the way from Melbourne – to spend time in this beautiful place with these beautiful people – Roberto, Renate & Angelina.  There is no better breakfast served in the world as the one served here – alongside excellent, stiff cocktails & lots of laughs.  We love you Luca Family, and are so grateful for our time spent here.  Michelle 
With the wild and gorgeous landscape of New Zealand and the soul of Stromboli ingrained in his DNA, Roberto’s landscaping talents are evident throughout the property. Combine that with Renate’s artistic flair and upbringing in tribal tropical Papua New Guinea and therein lies the answer as to why this property is so enchanting and unique.
The gardens at Noosa Valley Manor have been created for everyone to enjoy. A gathering in the rainforest piazza, a morning tea under the trees in the breeze, a snooze under a brolly by the pool or a stroll along the trickling ponds and creek complete with waterfall. Of course if it rains all this can still be enjoyed under the shelter of the terrace.
Herbs are plucked straight from the garden for breakfast and the eggs come from the gourmet chooks that squabble for worms down in the forest.
Yes we do except one night bookings. In fact, we are one of only a few establishments on the Sunshine Coast that offer this generous perk during peak times and other specified times. There may be a minimum two or three night policy applied. In the event that you have to cancel your booking during normal non-peak times before 48 hours if your arrival is sufficient notice. Otherwise one nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card in the event of peak period such as Christmas and New Year and other busy times we require at least 72 hours notice before your day of arrival. Yes, you are able to purchase a gift voucher. We can post them or email them to you where you can print and give to the lucky person. Please get in touch with us for the details or book online.
As we are not a fully fenced property and we have unfenced water features, we do not encourage small children to stay although of course we make exceptions for family functions, providing that all the rooms in the B&B are booked.
Due to allergies that some people experience we permit only dogs. We sometimes accommodate small to medium dogs and we charge a pet fee of $50. We do ask that you check with us first before bringing your pooch to Noosa Valley Manor.
