Great location, clos...

Great location, close to many wonderful retail stores, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The reception was super friendly and accommodating. They were able to check us in when we arrived 30 minutes early. The reception was great in answering any queries we had as well. The room itself was clean and quite modern. The bed was firm and super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Although the streets were very busy, there was no sound coming through the windows and blinds so I had a great night's sleep. I would definitely book at Mrs Banks Hotel in the future.

This was a great fin...

This was a great find. Friendly and informative staff. The area is fantastic and charming. It is away from the touristic stuff. People, food and shops are fun., Local pubs have local people. Bus 333 takes you to the City and to Bondi Beach Spectacular views. There is plenty to do all within walking distance. Food of all kinds, and the local beers are good. Take a break from the busy city and come here.

Stayed here for one...

Stayed here for one night as we had an event down the road and loved every minute! Clean, comfy and super lovely hospitality. Even got a little history about the building itself when checking in, very interesting! It was clear to see the staff were genuinely passionate about their jobs and the hotel. Some complimentary pastries and fruit were provided for brekky in the lobby, very nice touch. Only wish we’d booked to stay longer so we could’ve made use of the huge tub in our room - next time for sure!

Delightful little ho...

Delightful little hotel. Stayed over a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sydney. Receptionist staff absolutely wonderful. Everything about the hotel was lovely although housekeeping could do better - sheets weren’t changed at all (sheets in the photos were there everyday), bedside lamps needed dusting and had to remove hair from shower outlet to get water flowing into the drain. Terrific security and we appreciated the pastries and fruit in the (stunningly attractive) reception area.

Very nice stay in this charming hotel. Special thanks to Brian who helped us to get a wheelchair very efficiently after one of us broke one foot, and booked also very fancy restaurants for us. I’ll be back L

Had a fantastic stay...

Had a fantastic stay at Mrs Banks Hotel! Check-in was fuss-free. The room was small but perfectly finished, creating a cozy and elegant space. The bed was incredibly comfy. The room was super clean and quiet also. Highly recommend for a charming, comfortable stay in Paddington.

Boutique Hotel situa...

Boutique Hotel situated in Paddington ,Clean fresh moderm soundproofed rooms .All rooms nonsmoking ,usb ports ,free Wi Fi comfy queen size bed.The staff are friendly, attentive ,have excellent local knowledge .Because of size no long waiting time when checking in or out. Easy walking distance to shops and eaterys .Only a10 minute walk to Sydney Cricket Ground. Bus Stop at the front of hotel makes going to City or Bondi easy From now on our only place to stay in Sydney.

Dylan is super delig...

Dylan is super delightful assisted me with tips of Paddington dining , how to get to the event we were attending, parking info and went above and beyond by grabbing me a pastry and some fruit for my long journey home on the train . I’ve worked in the hotel industry and when you see someone who is professional but still makes it a personalised positive stay its really lovely . Beds are so comfy , coffee and T2 tea is stellar and the Paddington area is great . We will be back :)

What a find! A lovel...

What a find! A lovely boutique hotel with first class rooms and run by a fantastic team who know the area well and have great recommendations. They really could not do enough for us. Perfectly situated in the heart of Paddington, a stones throw from the city in one direction and Bondi Beach in the other. This hotel really made our weekend in Sydney. Cannot recommend highly enough.
